At Vision for Peace and Development Organization (VPDO), we're committed to providing critical support and protection to individuals and communities in crisis. Our Emergency Response Programme is designed to deliver swift and effective humanitarian aid to those affected by natural disasters, conflicts, and other emergencies.

Our Objectives

Save Lives: Provide life-saving assistance to individuals and communities affected by emergencies

Reduce Risk: Minimize the risk of morbidity and mortality in emergency-affected populations

Support Recovery: Help affected communities recover and build resilience

Our Activities

Emergency Relief: Distribute essential supplies, including food, shelter, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) items

Healthcare Services: Provide emergency medical care and psychological support

Protection Services: Offer protection services, including child protection and prevention and response to gender-based violence

Support for Displaced Persons: Assist internally displaced persons (IDPs) and refugees

Capacity Building: Enhance the capacity of local emergency response teams and communities
